I also offer a holistic approach to healing which caters to your personal needs. I like to use a variety of  techniques and approaches depending on what you are wanting to achieve from our work together. 

I do not assume the role of teacher or expert, but as someone who has a breadth of knowledge available to them to guide my clients with their healing journey. Our relationship is incredibly interactive, where I seek to empower my clients to tune into their needs, feelings, using their minds and bodies to guide them, and in turn us, to what is going to best serve them.

The package is 6 months, and we will spend 3 hours together a week, broken down into 1 x talking therapy session (1hr) and 1 x additional 2hrs session where we will explore other techniques, approaches and methods.  No one session will be the same, as we work through your psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual needs to tailor our time together.
