1:1 Container : Body Language

There comes a point where talking is no longer enough.

We can circle around our stories for years — gaining insight but feeling stuck. Behaviours repeat. Reactions seem to come out of nowhere. And despite knowing what needs to shift, it just doesn’t.

The body holds the map of all our experiences. Our nervous system stores what we haven't fully processed — moments that were too much, too fast, too soon. Whether it’s big T or little t trauma, when something overwhelms our capacity to cope, the system buries it… but it doesn’t disappear. It lives on in the body, quietly pulling the strings from behind the curtain.

This is where I come in.

Through nervous system regulation and increasing a felt sense of safety, we begin to explore and integrate what’s been suppressed — slowly, gently, and at your pace. Using a process called titration (little by little), we allow your system to digest what it couldn’t at the time — safely and sustainably.

This is not just about talking — it’s about learning the language of the body:

Format:

Weeks 1–6: Weekly 50-minute psychotherapy sessions to understand your story and build foundational safety

Week 6 onwards: Sessions shift to a more dynamic body-led format (1–2 hours), held weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs and goals
