What is Somatic Healing?

Somatic healing is a therapeutic approach that operates on the principle that the body holds onto past traumas, which can manifest as physical symptoms, emotional disturbances, and negative behavioural patterns. By using techniques such as deep breathing, movement, and mindfulness, somatic healing helps individuals become more aware of their bodily sensations and emotional states, facilitating the processing and release of stored traumas. Somatic healing can help to restore balance and promote healing by engaging the body's innate ability to heal itself, leading to improved mental and physical well-being.

Developed by Sah D’Simone, this groundbreaking wellness practice integrates somatic movement, rhythmic breathing, vocal release, and dynamic meditation. These powerful techniques support you through past pain, current healing, and future difficulties. I offer sessions starting at €150 for 75 minutes, or €200 for a home session depdant on your location. Attendees can expect a deeply restorative experience that not only addresses physical and emotional stagnation but also revitalises the body's energy flow for improved well-being.
