What is the JAM Method?

The JAM is a comprehensive wellness approach that integrates talk therapy, movement (SAH and yoga), sound healing, and various holistic practices like chakra awareness and meditation. I designed it to offer a supportive space for self-exploration and healing, allowing individuals to deconstruct and reconstruct themselves. JAM operates on the belief that while talk therapy is crucial for mental understanding, true healing also requires addressing the body's stored experiences and emotions, using a "bottom-up" approach. By blending movement and sound to release bodily blockages, JAM facilitates a shift in how individuals think, respond, and interact with the world.
