How can Psychotherapy Help?

Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a way to help individuals confront and navigate through their emotional challenges, mental health concerns, and life difficulties. It offers a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Psychotherapy can be used to treat a wide range of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship issues, among others. It can also help with life stressors and transitions, such as grief, job loss, or divorce.

"Since my sessions with Jenna I have been faced with a few difficult situations, which before her I wouldn’t have been able to cope with, but because of her wonderful guidance and coping methods, I now feel the strongest and happiest I have ever been. I couldn’t recommend her more."

What to Expect in Your Psychotherapy Sessions

My sessions are designed to be a personal and transformative experience, lasting 50 minutes each. This time is dedicated entirely to you, offering a chance to dive deep into your inner world, understand patterns, and work towards making meaningful changes. Together, we'll build a relationship based on trust as we slowly unravel and discover more about who you are and why you are. It's about creating a space where you can feel safe to express and understand yourself, aiding in your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

"Jenna was the angel I so desperately needed. She helped me through big and small challenges, and was endlessly kind and patient. I feel so lucky to have met a therapist who offered a variety approaches, to help me find the things I had buried along the way. Most importantly I feel lucky to have some found someone I connected with and trusted. We laughed, I cried, and together we moved some of the mountains in my world. For that I’m so grateful."
